Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel Varna, Varna

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with an incredible sea view, a comfy bed, and in good overall condition. The location was perfect, right across from the sea park and within walking distance of the beach, sea garden, and city center. The dining options were excellent, offering a large variety of tasty dishes. However, there were issues with the service during our stay, particularly when requesting a room change. Overall, a great hotel with some room for improvement in service.

My stay at the hotel was almost perfect with spacious rooms equipped with everything needed, stunning views from the ninth floor overlooking the Black Sea. The upper stairs rooftop restaurant was unfortunately closed during my visit, slightly disappointing. The service had some hiccups but the location, dining, and facilities made up for it.

However, they seemed to be in need of a makeover and were not fully prepared upon my arrival. The service was a mix of professional and positive interactions, yet there was an issue regarding room allocation that led to a slightly unpleasant experience. The location was perfect for both leisure and business travelers, being very close to the Sea Garden and the city center. The dining experience, while not exceptional, provided a variety of dishes, and the personnel were kind and polite. The facilities were adequate but could use some enhancements.

The hotel was situated right on the seafront, separated only by the park, and close to fantastic restaurants and nightclubs. The rooms were spacious, new, and nicely furnished, providing everything one needs, including free water and fast wifi. However, there was an issue with the shower in one room, and the service experienced some unfriendliness and unwillingness to accommodate specific requests.
